Three individuals narrowly escaped injury on Friday when a landmine, remnants of the Houthi terrorist militia, detonated beneath their vehicle in the Al-Nasifa area of Al-Majrish village, Al-Zaher district, Al-Bayda Governorate, central Yemen. Local sources reported that the mine exploded as the car, carrying citizen Abdulsalam Ahmed Al-Qir along with Ali Hussein Al-Qir and Abdullah Abdulrab Hanbaj, was departing the Al-Majrish area. The explosion did not result in any casualties among the occupants. The sources further indicated that the blast caused substantial damage to the vehicle, rendering it almost completely inoperable. Incidents involving landmines planted extensively by the Houthi terrorist militia across various governorates result in the deaths and injuries of hundreds of civilians annually. |
