Elderly Civilian Injured in Houthi Drone Attack on Home in Hodeidah

An elderly civilian sustained injuries when a Houthi drone targeted his home in the rural district of Hays, south of Hodeidah Governorate, in what is described as another violation of human rights by the militia.

Local sources confirmed that the Houthi militia used a drone-fired projectile to strike the courtyard of the home belonging to citizen Sulaiman Yahya Mushal Al-Haimi, aged 70, in his native village of Beit Al-Haimi, north of the city center.

The attack resulted in the elderly citizen suffering a hand injury, for which he was transported to a field hospital in Khawkhah to receive medical treatment. The shelling also caused the death of a camel and inflicted material damage to the citizen's property.
