Police in the Shihan district of Al Mahrah Governorate have announced the successful raid of a residence allegedly used for illegal activities, resulting in the apprehension of 32 individuals of Ethiopian nationality. The operation, which was based on intelligence regarding the property's illicit use, led to the arrest of 15 men and 17 women. Authorities stated that the individuals were found inside the location, which was reportedly operating as a site for immoral and unlawful conduct. According to a police spokesperson, the raid was executed following a period of surveillance and monitoring. The individuals present at the time were detained without resistance and subsequently transferred to the security department to undergo the necessary legal procedures. Shihan police reiterated their commitment to pursuing and dismantling such operations, emphasizing a zero-tolerance policy towards any practices that undermine security, stability, or violate established laws. |
