An employee within the judiciary in Raymah province, an area controlled by Houthi militias, was fatally shot by unidentified assailants in an incident where the motives remain unclear. Local sources reported that the judicial official, identified as Abdo Ali Ali Haj Al-Dhabba, was targeted by gunfire from unknown gunmen the night before last. The attack occurred in Wadi Al-Urayd, within Al-Dhabba village in the Bani Al-Dhubaibi district. The sources further indicated that Al-Dhabba was transported to a hospital in Hodeidah to receive medical treatment. Despite undergoing surgery, he succumbed to his injuries late yesterday evening. Authorities have yet to identify the perpetrators, who reportedly fled the scene immediately following the shooting. The circumstances surrounding the assassination continue to be shrouded in mystery. |
